anemia

Felt weak, lethargic, pale face, often sleepy during the daytime, easy fatigue, difficulty concentrating, struggling breath easily? Do-do you have less blood disorders or anemia.

Symptoms of anemia occurs when the number of red blood cells called erythrocytes, and hemoglobin or hemoglobin, and hematocrit (volume percentage of red blood interrupted in whole blood) were below normal. When there is a decrease mainly Hb then there is chaos in the transport of oxygen in the blood.

Hb is like means of transportation in our blood that carries oxygen serves to circulate throughout the body's cells to produce energy and transport of carbon dioxide (CO2), which became the final results of power generation to be brought to the lungs for re-released into the air.

If transportation is reduced, then the supply of oxygen to the blood cells will be reduced and CO2 buildup in the blood occurs. To overcome the lack of transportation is the heart and lungs work harder to goto the body cells of oxygen, then there was the symptoms of anemia such as those mentioned above.

Anemia is not a stand-alone disease. Typically, there are diseases or conditions that are the cause. Causes of anemia include:

Lack of certain nutrients (eg iron, vitamin B12, folic acid)
