For male smokers, stop smoking, because it is a lifestyle that is unhealthy and can cause impotence and decreased sperm health.
Do not consume alcoholic beverages
Avoid the use of underwear and pants are too tight, use a little more loose pants.
Avoid using the water bath is too hot, so keep your testicles cool.
Consuming a multivitamin as an antioxidant like vitamin C, E, and beta-carotene. Eating lots of vegetables and fruits. It's also good if you take a multivitamin containing zinc 20 mg per day.
Avoid prolonged stress.
Reduce consumption of soft drinks (soft drink).
Avoid eating fatty foods in excess. Increase your fiber consumption.
